Stephen Christian is no newcomer to making great albums. If you haven’t heard of him by name, you’ve probably heard of Anberlin, the hugely successful band of which he was the frontman.
His solo project Anchor & Braille echoes similarities to his previous work, but the differences are what make this latest album Songs for the Late Night Drive Home something special. The album is a mixture of cool synthpop and vibey alternative rock, and his talent in crossing genres and writing timeless tunes is inarguably present throughout.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to help master this Tooth and Nail Records album, which ended up in the top 50 of billboard and top 10 as a heat-seeker album for billboard.
